At Vox Amplification, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repackage your amplifier or pedals in the original factory packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Vox

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
